Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which
is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth
of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and
without God in the world: But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes
were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Having abolished in his flesh the
enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross,
having slain the enmity thereby: And
came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. For
through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now therefore ye are no more strangers
and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
Eph. 2:11-19 (They were formerly “Gentiles
in the flesh.” Now they are made apart of the one body of Christ. So now
spiritual Israel has grafted in the Gentile converts to be made one new man and
included as heirs to the promises.)
How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, Whereby, when ye read, ye may
understand my knowledge in the mystery
of Christ) Which in other
ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his
holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; That
the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and
of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
Eph. 3:3-6 (The mystery of Christ is
that Gentiles are now offered the opportunity to be fellowheirs and partakers
of the promises of spiritual Israel.)
Cometh this
blessedness then upon the circumcision only,
or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham
for righteousness. How was it then reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in
uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision. And he received the
sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he
had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them
that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed
unto them also: And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the
circumcision only, but who also walk in
the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised.
For the promise, that he should be the
heir of the world, was not
to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of
faith. For if they which are of the law be heirs,
faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect: Because the law
worketh wrath: for where no law is, there
is no transgression. Therefore it
is of faith, that it
might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed;
not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of
Abraham; who is the father of us all, (As
it is written, I have made thee a father
of many nations,) Rom. 4:9-17 (Abraham
was made the father of MANY nations, not just the faithful of physical Israel
but also the faithful of the Gentile converts. Also notice that the promise was
the Abraham and his seed would be heir of the world, not simply a small strip
of land called Canaan, or Palestine.)
This is he, that was in the
church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount
Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively
oracles to give unto us: Acts 7:38 (Moses
was in what was called “the church in the wilderness.” The church is the chosen
people of God and it existed before Pentecost.)
I ask then: Did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a
descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin. God did not reject
his people, whom he foreknew… Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond
recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has
come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious. But if their transgression means
riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, how much
greater riches will their fullness bring! I am talking to you Gentiles.
Inasmuch as I am the apostle to the Gentiles, I make much of my ministry in
the hope that I may somehow arouse my own people to envy and save some of them.
For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their
acceptance be but life from the dead? If the part of the dough offered as
firstfruits is holy, then the whole batch is holy; if the root is holy, so are
the branches. If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a
wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the
nourishing sap from the olive root, do not boast over those branches. If you
do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you. You
will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I could be grafted in.” Granted.
But they were broken off because of unbelief, and you stand by faith. Do not be
arrogant, but be afraid. For if God did not spare the natural branches, he will
not spare you either. Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God:
sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in
his kindness. Otherwise, you also will be cut off. And if they do not persist in unbelief, they will be grafted in, for
God is able to graft them in again. After all, if you were cut out of an
olive tree that is wild by nature, and contrary to nature were grafted into a
cultivated olive tree, how much more readily will these, the natural branches,
be grafted into their own olive tree! I do not want you to be ignorant of this
mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the
Gentiles has come in. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The
deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob. And
this is my covenant with them when
I take away their sins.” As far as the
gospel is concerned, they are enemies on your account; but as far as election
is concerned, they are loved on account of the patriarchs, for God’s gifts and
his call are irrevocable. Just as you who were at one time disobedient to God
have now received mercy as a result of their disobedience, so they too have now become
disobedient in order that they too may now receive mercy as a result of God’s
mercy to you. For God has bound all men over to disobedience so that he may
have mercy on them all. Rom.
11:1-2; 11-32 (The Gentiles were now
given the opportunity to be saved and grafted into the body of Christ. Ancient
Israel will be grafted back in later on after the full number of Gentiles has
come in. These verses display God’s mercy to all parties of disobedience.)
A man is not a Jew
if he is only one outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. No,
a man is a Jew if he is one inwardly;
and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the
written code. Rom. 2:28-29 (There are
physical Jews by blood, and there are spiritual Jews by faith.)
For ye are all the children of
God by faith in Christ Jesus. For
as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There
is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither
male nor female: for ye are all one in
Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed,
and heirs according to the promise. Gal. 3:26-29 (Faith in Christ is what makes you apart of spiritual Israel or the
church of God, or Abraham’s seed, or heirs to the promise, not bloodlines.)
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of
God unto salvation to every one that
believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. Rom. 1:16 (Salvation was 1st offered to
Israel, then to the Gentiles.)
For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: Neither,
because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed
be called. That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the
children of the promise are counted for the seed. For
this is the
word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sara shall have a son. And not only this;
but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by
our father Isaac; (For the
children being not yet born,
neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to
election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) It was said unto
her, The elder shall serve the younger. As
it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated. What shall we say
then? Is there unrighteousness
with God? God forbid. For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will
have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. So then it
is not of him that willeth, nor of him
that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy. For the scripture saith unto
Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my
power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth. Therefore
hath he mercy on whom he will have
mercy,
and whom he will he hardeneth. Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find
fault? For who hath resisted his will? Nay but, O man, who art thou that
repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it,
Why hast thou made me thus? Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the
same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour? What if
God, willing to shew his wrath,
and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of
wrath fitted to destruction: And that he
might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had
afore prepared unto glory, Even us, whom he hath called, not of
the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles? As he saith also in Osee,
I will call them my people, which were
not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved. And it shall come to
pass, that in the place where it was said unto
them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be
called the children of the living God. Esaias also crieth
concerning Israel, Though the number of
the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:
Rom. 9:6-27
There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of
your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you
all. Eph. 4:4-6 (Spiritual Israel and
the church are the same. There are not 2 separate people of God as
dispensationalists claim.)
For as the body is one, and
hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For
by one Spirit are we all baptized into
one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 1
Cor. 12:12-13 (Again, there is only one
chosen people of God and one body and one spirit through which salvation is
given. Spiritual Israel and the church are the same.)
They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith
unto them, If ye were Abraham's
children, ye would do the works of Abraham. John 8:39 (The Pharisee’s may have been blood descendants of Abraham, but they
were not apart of “spiritual Israel” because of their lack of faith and lack of
obedience. They are told that their father is the devil.)
For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.
But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the
flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the
mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. For this Agar is mount
Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage
with her children. But Jerusalem which
is above is free, which is the mother of us all. For it is written,
Rejoice, thou barren
that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than
she which hath an husband. Now we,
brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise. But as then he that
was born after the flesh persecuted him that
was born after the Spirit, even so it
is now. Nevertheless what saith the
scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and
her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the
freewoman. So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the
free. Gal. 4:22-31 (So not all of
Abraham’s descendants are heirs to the promise. Hagar is the bondwoman that
bore Ishmael and Sarah is the freewoman that bore Isaac.)
Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth
him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. The word which God sent unto the children of Israel,
preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is
Lord of all:) Acts 10:34-36
My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, and
they shall be my people. And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do
sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for
evermore. Ezek. 37:27-28 (At Christ’s
return, Israel will be set apart from the heathen nations. So does this include
the Gentile converts in the body of Christ? Are they set apart as well and
considered apart of “spiritual Israel?” Yes the answer is yes. So the Gentile
church was grafted in and made apart of spiritual Israel.)
For in Christ Jesus neither
circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. And
as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God. Gal. 6:15-16 (It’s not about being Jewish or Greek, but
about being one new creation in Christ, which is referred to as “the Israel of
God.” I suppose it could also be called “the church of God.”)
Dispensationalism- says that Israel and the church are 2 separate
chosen people of God.
Replacement Theology- says that the church replaced Israel and that
God no long deals with ancient Israel.
And there shall come forth a rod out
of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: And
the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and
understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of
the fear of the LORD; And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of
the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove
after the hearing of his ears: But with righteousness shall he judge the poor,
and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth
with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the
wicked. And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness
the girdle of his reins. The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the
leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the
fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. And the cow and the bear shall
feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw
like the ox. And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the
weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den. They shall not hurt nor
destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge
of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. And
in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of
the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious. And
it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the
second time to recover the remnant of his people,
which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from
Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of
the sea. And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the
outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four
corners of the earth. The envy also of Ephraim shall depart, and the
adversaries of Judah shall be cut off: Ephraim shall not envy Judah, and Judah
shall not vex Ephraim. But they shall fly upon the shoulders of the Philistines
toward the west; they shall spoil them of the east together: they shall lay
their hand upon Edom and Moab; and the children of Ammon shall obey them. And
the LORD shall utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with his
mighty wind shall he shake his hand over the river, and shall smite it in the
seven streams, and make men go
over dryshod. And there shall be an
highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like
as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.
Is. 11:1-16 (In what day was the remnant
gathered? CLEARLY this is AFTER the return of Christ, not before. The current
state of Israel formed in 1948 can’t be the regathering prophesied in
scripture.)
Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my
miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now
these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice; Surely they shall not see the land which I sware
unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it: But
my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me
fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall
possess it. (Now the Amalekites and the Canaanites dwelt in the valley.) To
morrow turn you, and get you into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea. And
the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, How long shall
I bear with this evil congregation,
which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel,
which they murmur against me. Say unto them, As
truly as I live, saith the LORD, as
ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you: Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were
numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and
upward, which have murmured against me, Doubtless
ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to make you dwell
therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son
of Nun. But your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, them will I bring
in, and they shall know the land which ye have despised. But as
for you, your carcases, they shall fall in this wilderness. And your
children shall wander in the wilderness forty years, and bear your whoredoms,
until your carcases be wasted in the wilderness. After the number of the days
in which ye searched the land, even forty
days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, even forty
years, and ye shall know my breach of
promise. I the LORD have said, I
will surely do it unto all this evil congregation, that are gathered together
against me: in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die.
Num. 14:22-35 (The unfaithfulness of the
Israelites caused them to not be able to enter the promise land. So would an
unfaithful Jewish people of today be claimed by God as his people in the mist
of their rebellion and rejection? No, therefore the state of Israel is not the
Israel the Bible speaks of.)
When all these blessings and curses I have set before you come upon
you and you take them to heart wherever the Lord your God disperses you among the
nations, and when you and your children
return to the Lord your God and obey him with all your
heart and with all your soul according to everything I command you today, then
the Lord your God will restore your fortunes and have compassion on you and gather
you again from all the nations where he scattered you. Even if you have
been banished to the most distant land under the heavens, from there the Lord your God will gather you and bring you
back. He will bring you to the land that belonged to your fathers, and you will
take possession of it. He will make you
more prosperous and numerous than your fathers. The Lord your God will circumcise your hearts
and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love him with all your
heart and with all your soul, and live. The Lord your God will put all these curses on
your enemies who hate and persecute you.
You will again obey the Lord and follow all his commands I am
giving you today. Then the Lord your God will make you most prosperous
in all the work of your hands and in the fruit of your womb, the young of your
livestock and the crops of your land. The Lord will again delight in you and make you
prosperous, just as he delighted in your fathers, if you obey the Lord your God and keep his commands and
decrees that are written in this Book of the Law and turn to the Lord your God with all your heart and with
all your soul. Deut. 30:1-10NIV (Obedience
is a condition of being returned to the land and receiving the blessings and
prosperity of God. The Jewish state today called Israel does not meet the
criteria of obedience; instead they reject the Messiah and are therefore not
the Israel of the Bible.)
This is the word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord: “Listen
to the terms of this covenant and
tell them to the people of Judah and to those who live in Jerusalem. Tell
them that this is what the Lord, the
God of Israel, says: ‘Cursed is the man
who does not obey the terms of this covenant— the terms I commanded your forefathers
when I brought them out of Egypt, out of the iron-smelting
furnace.’ I said, ‘Obey me and do
everything I command you, and you will be my people, and I will be your God. Then I will fulfill the oath I swore
to your forefathers, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey’—the land
you possess today.” I answered, “Amen, Lord.” The Lord said
to me, “Proclaim all these words in the towns of Judah and in the streets of
Jerusalem: ‘Listen to the terms of this
covenant and follow them. From the time I brought your
forefathers up from Egypt until today, I warned them again and again, saying,
“Obey me.” But they did not listen or pay
attention; instead, they followed the stubbornness of their evil hearts. So I
brought on them all the curses of the covenant I had commanded them to follow
but that they did not keep.’” Then the Lord said
to me, “There is a conspiracy among the people of Judah and those who live in
Jerusalem. They
have returned to the sins of their forefathers, who refused to listen to my
words. They have followed other gods to serve them. Both the house of Israel
and the house of Judah have broken the covenant I made with their forefathers. Therefore this is what the Lord says: ‘I will bring on them a disaster
they cannot escape. Although they cry out to me, I will not listen to them. The
towns of Judah and the people of Jerusalem will go and cry out to the gods to
whom they burn incense, but they will not help them at all when disaster
strikes. You have as many gods as you have
towns, O Judah; and the altars you have set up to burn incense to that shameful
god Baal are as many as the streets of Jerusalem.’ “Do not pray for this people
nor offer any plea or petition for them, because I will not listen when they call to me in the time of their distress.
“What is my beloved doing in my temple as she works out her evil schemes with
many? Can consecrated meat avert [your punishment]? When you engage in your
wickedness, then you rejoice.” The Lord called you a thriving olive tree with
fruit beautiful in form. But with the roar of a mighty storm he will set it on
fire, and its branches will be broken. The Lord Almighty, who planted you, has decreed
disaster for you, because the house of Israel and the house of Judah have done
evil and provoked me to anger by burning incense to
Baal. Jer. 11:1-17 (The terms of the
covenant was obedience. Would a disobedient Jewish state called Israel receive
God’s blessing? No, they do not accept the Messiah, therefore they are not the
Israel spoken of in the Bible.)
So the Lord gave Israel all the land he had sworn
to give their forefathers, and they took possession of it and settled there. The Lord gave them rest on every side, just as
he had sworn to their forefathers. Not one of their enemies withstood them; the Lord handed all their enemies over to them.
Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to the house
of Israel failed; every one was fulfilled. Joshua 21:43-45
“Now I am about to go the way of all the earth. You know with all your
heart and soul that not one of all the
good promises the Lord your
God gave you has failed. Every promise has been fulfilled; not one has failed.
But just as every good promise of the Lord your God has come true, so the Lord will bring on you all the evil he has
threatened, until he has destroyed you from this good land he has given you. If you violate the covenant of the Lord your God, which he commanded you, and
go and serve other gods and bow down to them, the Lord’s anger will burn against
you, and you will quickly perish from the good land he has given you.”
Joshua 23:14-16
On that day the LORD made a covenant with Abram and said, "To
your descendants I give this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river,
the Euphrates— the land of the Kenites, Kenizzites, Kadmonites, Hittites, Perizzites, Rephaites, Amorites, Canaanites, Girgashites and
Jebusites.”Gen. 15:18-21
And Solomon ruled over all the kingdoms from the (Euphrates) River to
the land of the Philistines, as far as the border of Egypt. These countries
brought tribute and were Solomon's subjects all his life. 1 Kings 4:21
He ruled over all the kings from the (Euphrates) River to the land of
the Philistines, as far as the border of Egypt. 2 Chron. 9:26
“You are the Lord God, who chose Abram and brought him
out of Ur of the Chaldeans and named him Abraham. You found his heart faithful
to you, and you made a covenant with him to give to his descendants the land of
the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Jebusites and Girgashites. You have kept your promise because you
are righteous. Neh. 9:7-8
These all died in
faith, not having received the
promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them,
and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth… And these all, having obtained a good report
through faith, received not the promise: God having provided some better thing
for us, that they without us should not be made perfect. Heb. 11:13,39-40
And I will establish my covenant between me and thee
and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after
thee. And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein
thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and
I will be their God. And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after
thee in their generations. This is my
covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be
circumcised. And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt
me and you. Gen. 17:7-11 (Circumcision
was a sign of the covenant and represented the cutting off of sin from your
life. Those circumcised, yet walking in sin were not right with God. So the
covenant was dependant on obedience.)
Therefore say I unto you, The
kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth
the fruits thereof. Matt. 21:43
“‘For I will
take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring
you back into your own land. I will
sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all
your impurities and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a
new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a
heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my
decrees and be careful to keep my laws. You will live in the land I gave
your forefathers; you will be my people, and I will be your God. I will save
you from all your uncleanness. I will
call for the grain and make it plentiful and will not bring famine upon you. I
will increase the fruit of the trees and the crops of the field, so that you
will no longer suffer disgrace among the nations because of famine. Then you
will remember your evil ways and wicked deeds, and you will loathe yourselves
for your sins and detestable practices. I want you to know that I am not
doing this for your sake, declares the Sovereign Lord. Be
ashamed and disgraced for your conduct, O house of Israel! “‘This is what
the Sovereign Lord says:
On the day I cleanse you from all your sins, I will resettle your towns, and the ruins will be rebuilt. The desolate
land will be cultivated instead of lying desolate in the sight of all who pass
through it. They will say, “This land that was
laid waste has become like the garden of Eden; the cities that
were lying in ruins, desolate and destroyed, are now fortified and inhabited.”
Ezek. 36:24-35 (This doesn’t sound like
the present Jewish people of “Israel.” They still reject the Messiah.)
And when ye shall see Jerusalem
compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. Then let them which are in Judaea flee
to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let
not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. For these be the days of vengeance,
that all things which are written may be fulfilled. But woe unto them that are with child,
and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in
the land, and wrath upon this people. And
they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into
all nations: and Jerusalem shall be
trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
Luke 21:20-24 (God is not regathering
his people at this time as Zionists claim. When the armies surround Jerusalem,
it is time to flee and get out of dodge, not be where the destruction takes
place. Also, Jerusalem will be trodden down by the Gentiles until the times of
Gentiles be fulfilled, and that has not yet fulfilled. Therefore, the Jews
gathering to the Jewish state called Israel today, are not God’s people.
Jerusalem is still being trodden down by the Gentiles.)
"Therefore I tell you that the
kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will
produce its fruit. Matt. 21:43 (This was
not directed at Israel as a whole, but to the Pharisees(vs 45) who were of
course Jewish. The Pharisees were not obedient to God’s law, but their own law,
and so they were no longer considered apart of God’s chosen people, even though
they were still Israelites by race.)
Is
he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the
Gentiles also: Seeing it
is one God, which shall justify the
circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. Do we then make void
the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. Rom. 3:29-31
