Does The Law Of Clean And Unclean Meats Still Apply Today?
Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by
sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts
that are not clean by two, the male and his female. Gen. 7:2 (Before the law of clean and unclean
animals was given to the Israelites, Noah knew God’s law. Noah knew which
animals were clean and unclean. It wasn’t just for the Israelites, it was for
all mankind. It is an issue of obedience, health, and holiness. Eating an
unclean animal has physical health consequences that God wants us to avoid. God
also calls us to be holy in regards to our bodies. Eating unclean meats is an
unholy act.)
Every moving
thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given
you all things. But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof,
shall ye not eat. Gen. 9:3-4 (God gave
Adam and Eve animals and plants for food. But some plants are poisonous and are
meant for other purposes. So too are some animals unclean and meant for other
purposes. Also, we are not to eat meat with the blood still in it. This is
God’s creation and He knows better than anyone what animals he intended to be
for food.)
Ye shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh:
for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof: whosoever eateth it shall be
cut off. Lev. 17:14 (God knows the blood
carries in it things which will harm us if eaten.)
It shall be a
perpetual statute for your generations throughout all your dwellings, that ye eat neither fat nor blood. Lev. 3:17 (God also knows that the fat also carries
in it things which will harm us if eaten.)
Speak unto the
children of Israel, saying, Ye shall eat no manner of fat, of ox, or of sheep,
or of goat. Lev. 7:23 (Even the fat of
clean animals is not in our best health interest, so says the creator.)

Judging Others Misconception
"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same
way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will
be measured to you. "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your
brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you
say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time
there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove
the speck from your brother's eye. Matt.
7:1-5 (This is possibly the most often
quoted, mistranslated, misinterpreted verse in the Bible. Christians and non-Christians
alike both love to quote this verse to escape any kind of accountability from
their actions or words. Once they quote this verse, you can no longer correct
anything that they say or do. The first phrase’s meaning is lost in
translation. I will show that it contradicts the rest of scripture, so it must
be interpreted another way because the Bible doesn’t contradict itself. The KJV
translation is: Judge not, that ye be not judged. It is more clearly understood
if you read it as follows: That ye be not judged, judge not. So unless you have
been judged yourself FIRST by either yourself or someone else, you are
instructed not to judge others. BUT if you have been judged and have repented
and been forgiven of all your past sins, then you are authorized to judge
others of faith. After this first phrase it explains how we should judge
mercifully because if we judge harshly, then we too will be judged that way.
Then the emphasis is on hypocrisy. We are not to judge others if we ourselves
are unrepentant and thus still unforgiven of our own sins. BUT if we have
repented and been forgiven of our past sins, THEN we are authorized to remove
the speck from our brother’s eye. It doesn’t say that we should NEVER judge or
NEVER remove the speck from our brother’s eye, Jesus is simply specifying to
judge ourselves FIRST and not be hypocrites. You will see in the following verses
that it is our duty as Christians to judge others of faith so long as it is
done mercifully, righteously, gently, not hypocritically, not to unbelievers,
not to disputable matters, and in truth. Jesus doesn’t condemn judging others,
it is who we judge, who is authorized to judge, and how we judge that is
emphasized.)
Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous
judgment. John 7:24 (This is a
commandment to judge, the emphasis is on how we judge.)
Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with
great patience and careful instruction. II Tim. 4:2 (NIV)
But he that is spiritual
judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. I Cor. 2:15

Deception Warnings From The Bible
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name,
saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive
many. Matt. 24:4-5 (This is not
talking about people that claim themselves to be the Messiah, because “many” are
not deceived that way. This is talking about those that profess Christ to be
the Messiah, these are the people we should beware of because “many” will be
deceived by these false teachers.)
For there shall arise false
Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders;
insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Matt. 24:24
But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. 2 Tim.
3:13
For such are false
apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of
Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel
of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness;
whose end shall be according to their works. 2 Cor. 11:13-15 (Satan and his ministers do not look like
bad, evil people. They present themselves as righteous people and Satan as an
“angel of light.”)
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art
thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said
in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the
stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides
of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Is.
14:12-14 (Satan doesn’t reveal himself
as the “bad guy.” He reveals himself as being the most High. Only he is not,
but will be “like the most High.” He will be a counterfeit to the real thing.
But many will follow after him deceived into believe they are worshipping the
God of the Bible. Satan seeks worship in place of the most High.)
But there were false prophets
also among the people, even as there
shall be false teachers among you, who privily(secretly) shall bring in damnable
heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves
swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways;
by reason of whom the way of truth shall
be evil spoken of. And through
covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: 2 Pet.
2:1-3 (These false prophets and teachers
are not just out among the secular world, but also among the people of God and
“many” will follow after them.)

Bible "Conspiracy Theories"
And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him
all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, All this
power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me;
and to whomsoever I will I give it. If
thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine. Luke 4:5-7 (Satan currently has power over all the
kingdoms of the world and was able to give it to Jesus right then and there if
he would just worship Satan. So why is it so far fetched to believe that Satan
would have a global conspiracy plotted for mankind?)
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that
is in the world. 1 John 4:4 (Who “is
in the world” that God is greater than? Answer: Satan. So does Satan have the
power to deceive and manipulate world events?)
In whom the god of this world
hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, 2 Cor. 4:4 (Satan is described as “the god of this
world.” As the god of this world, is it that far fetched to believe that the
human rulers of the world would be controlled by Satan?)
The kings of
the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD,
and against his anointed, saying,
Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. Ps. 2:2 (All of Psalms 2 reveals a global
conspiracy against the Lord and his anointed by the kings and rulers of the
earth.)
Hide me from the secret counsel
of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity: Psalm 64:2
(The wicked work in secret.)

Should You Follow Your Heart?
Following your heart
is actually a satanic law. This is actually the law of the satanic bible and
also the world. “Do what thou wilt, shall be the whole of the law.” Think of
all the countless songs written and sang today that advocate following or
listening to your heart, doing what you want, your way, and by your own inner
strength. If it feels right or will make you happy, then it must be right and
you should do it. This is not what God’s word teaches. How much destruction has
this way of thinking caused in our world? We are not to follow our own way, nor
follow our feelings, nor even trust our own experiences IF it doesn’t line up
with God’s word. These are the ways in which Satan deceives us. Even if we are
well intended, that is not a barometer for righteousness and pleasing God. Our
ONLY defense against this is God’s word and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We
are to trust in and follow God; and make sure we listen to him and obey him. If
you trust in yourself, you are following Satan’s lies. Let’s see what God says…
He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: Prov. 28:26 (Ouch!)
The heart is deceitful
above all things, and
desperately wicked: Jer. 17:9
There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. Prov. 14:12
Trust in the LORD with all
thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. Prov. 3:5

Is The Sabbath Day Still Holy?
And God
blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested
from all his work which God created and made. Gen. 2:3 (God blessed and sanctified the 7th day at the creation,
well before Mt. Sinai)
And he said
unto them, The Sabbath was made for man,
and not man for the Sabbath: Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath.
Mark 2:27-28 (The Sabbath was not just
for Jews or for Israel, but for man. And Jesus is not Lord of Sunday, but Lord
of the Sabbath.)
Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. [9] Six days shalt thou labour,
and do all thy work: [10] But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy
God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy
manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is
within thy gates: [11] For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea,
and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed
the Sabbath day, and hallowed it. Ex. 20: 8-11 (The 4th commandment is directly linked to the creation when
God rested on the 7th day. God wants us to “remember” who is the
creator of all things.)
And he(Jesus)
came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into
the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up for to read. Luke 4:16 (It was Christ’s custom to observe the
Sabbath)
